Terms of Sales

By placing a wholesale order on this website, you agree to the following terms:

Orders placed on a business day will be shipped either same day or the next business day. (Due to the current Coronavirus COVID-19 crisis, certain items may not be immediately restocked and could take up to 5 business days to ship.)
An order placed on a non-business day will be shipped the following business day.
An order for an out-of-stock item will not be shipped until it is restocked (generally within 3 business days.) Inventory is kept up to date, but, by emailing info@nadacellpro.com, one may request the inventory to be adjusted in order to place an order for convenience. These types of orders are non-refundable.
After an order is scanned into the shipper's system, it becomes the responsibility of the buyer; if a buyer wishes for the seller to be responsible for the entire shipping process, he or she must select shipping with insurance at checkout.
The seller does not accept returns for any reason and does not accept exchanges unless the buyer chose shipping with insurance at checkout.
Wholesale orders can only be placed by agents of health-related companies and health professionals themselves.
By placing an order on this site, you acknowledge and accept that, as a wholesale order, you are responsible for collecting tax on resale or paying a use tax as the law states in your jurisdiction. As a wholesaler, NADaCell Pro does not collect tax.
To sign up for a wholesale account, a business email address (@businessname) must be used; personal email addresses and business emails using a free email host (eg. Gmail) will be rejected.
Wholesale account holders will provide a copy of the business' W-9 for the seller's tax purposes.
Wholesale account holders who are tax-exempt must provide documentation of said tax exemption.
